Hissing laptop charger

HP Recommended

So my laptop charger does this very quiet hissing sound that stays on after i unplug it for like a second and then stops.

Should I stop using it or is this normal?

@2farfar Unless the laptop charger has somehow evolved into a snake, that isn't normal, that said, I personally suggest you check if an alternate charger does the same thing when connected to your laptop, perhaps, you can get another from a local store/tech or a friend, just to check the functionality before you pay for anything.
