Cant find support online and when I call support number I'm transferred and immediately disconnected from the line I'm transferred to. My right screen starts to flicker after around 10 minutes of use.

I have been hearing there is a flaw in the USB/HDMI cable and I can only guess that it might be the cause of your issue. HP Support will discuss the options. They will either want the headset sent in to repair, or they might just send you another cable.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I had to return the headset unfortunately. The image is crystal clear but the flashing in the right screen would have given me brain damage. They didn't even offer me a replacement just a refund as they did not know when they would have more stock on hand.
