How do I get support for my HP Reverb???

HP Recommended
reverb professional
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cant find support online and when I call support number I'm transferred and immediately disconnected from the line I'm transferred to. My right screen starts to flicker after around 10 minutes of use.

I will ask HP to have someone contact you.

I have been hearing there is a flaw in the USB/HDMI cable and I can only guess that it might be the cause of your issue. HP Support will discuss the options. They will either want the headset sent in to repair, or they might just send you another cable.

I believe it's a heat related issue.

I had to return the headset unfortunately. The image is crystal clear but the flashing in the right screen would have given me brain damage. They didn't even offer me a replacement just a refund as they did not know when they would have more stock on hand.

Good to know. I know they were selling like crazy so its very possible its out of stock. There might be some issues/bugs like yours they want to fix before they make any more also.
