How much is the average service time for a monitor that has been sent to repair (swap to new)

OMEN by HP 25
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How much is the average service time for a monitor that has been sent to repair (to switch in my case). I bought omen by hp 25 from finnish store(verkkokauppa.com) and they sent it to repair to you guys(cause it had warranty from you). However, they told me that they will swap the monitor to a new one. I use and need it daily to do my designing job but now I cant work since I'm waiting for your service guy to swap my monitor to a new one and send it. I'm just wondering how much time a swap of a monitor can really take. A month? That is absurd. Thanks for your answer.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
