Hello,

The USB stick from my wireless mouse and keyboard broke. Could anyone tell me how and where I could replace the USB-stick and more specifically connect it again with the two devices in order not to be obliged to throw them away ?
Thank you in advance.
best

It is generally not possible. HP 230 combo does not support universal receivers or the HP Link-5 technology

What you can do -

Replace the Entire Combo: Buy a new HP 230 wireless keyboard and mouse combo, which will include a new, matched USB receiver. This ensures full compatibility and functionality.
Contact HP Support : You can contact HP Customer Support to report the damaged receiver.
Using Wired Alternative: If you need a temporary solution, you can use any wired USB keyboard and mouse until you obtain a new wireless set.
Consider Another Brand: Logitech offer "Unifying" receivers that can be replaced and paired with multiple compatible devices.
