HP Omen Mindframe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community, hope you're all doing well! I bought a new Omen Mindframe headphones a few weeks ago and for all this time I've had issues with the audio, let me explain, Whenever I'm on youtube watching a video and I load up facebook or twitter and start scrolling down loading new posts in the video will start refreshing and if done enough it will go to "Audio renderer error" this doesn't just happen with youtube it pretty much happens on all video platforms the videos just crash, I've tried troubleshooting it and have done all tutorials for similar issues like this out there , I'm pretty desperate to get this issue fixed as I can't do multitasking most of the time. If I unplug the Omen headset from the computer and do these same tasks everything will load perfectly and no crashing, I have also tried most browsers and the same issue persists. Thank you! I hope you guys can help me find a fix for this. 🙂
