I pre-ordered an HP Reverb G2 headset off of connection back in September and waited months for it to arrive. As of right now, I am completely disappointed with it. On the first day, my computer would not recognize the mic or the speakers on the headset, even though I was connected to my GPU's displayport. Now, my computer keeps switching between the headset's audio and my computer audio, which completely freezes my computer and destroys performance. I tried unplugging all other microphones and speakers from my computer but this did not fix my issue. Disabling all other audio devices, uninstalling the drivers, updating everything, and all other things that might fix this have not worked. I have a Tomahawk b350 motherboard and a 1060 3gb graphics card installed in my computer, a bit outdated but there's no reason why these shouldn't work. If I cannot figure out how to fix this I'll send it back and try to get a new one or my money back. If there is any way that I can stop this from happening, please let me know.
