Hp Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a hp reverb g2 but after i had to restart my computer neither of the controllers would pair and one won't even turn on no matter what. I've tried manually pairing but it won't work. The thing is that they both worked before restarting my pc so idk what to do. Also I can't seem to get support for it directly considering hp doesn't recognise my reverb's serial number nor does it detect it with the support framework.

(2) Contact HP Support

You should be able to provide an invoice as proof.

Where would the serial number be on the controllers? If it's the same as the headset's then it won't work because the hp support site doesn't recognize my headset's serial number
