Product: Hp reverb g2 virtual reality headset

So today I saw on hp that the hp reverb g2 was being sold for 449 (US) I bought it and it said it would be at my house in 2-3 days. Fast forward, after work and I check my email, my order has been declined and it says they refunded it, I’m confused and check my bank account just to see that it hasn’t been refunded or has a pending refund request. Then I checked the hp website to find the product. I attempted to contact hp with the serial number I had. It doesn’t work, I check the price of the headset, 550 dollars, why this morning was it 449 but now it is 549??? Where is my money hp!!!!?!
