Omen 800
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening , I recently encountered a problem with my headphones omen 800 , the microphone does not work . I use headphones with the adapter provided in the box that join the microphone cable with the audio cable. I've already verified that the cable is connected correctly and that the button that mutes the microphone is not active. I tried the microphone on both Windows computer and Android phone and I don't see any cuts, breaks or deterioration of cables and microphones. Also on pc is recognized the headset , the audio works but the microphone is not selectable in the audio settings of windows

hi, I followed the steps but I didn't solve the problem. I found that the headphone microphone works if used without the adapter include on the box ,so I guess that's the problem. Is replacement of the adapter included in the warranty? If yes, should boxed headphones also be sent?

Thanks for the support
