Please help!!!!!

ho reverb worked perfectly for the first week. Next day I turn on computer and the tracking is all over the place. The screen will rotate and I will get the message connect headset. 
specs for computer 

windows 10 64 bit. 
rtx 2080 super

amd 3700x

i have all the essential equipment and I know it’s not a lighting concern. I have uninstalled all drivers and software for windows mixed reality portal and reverb. Only to be disappointed with result. Getting ready to send back. Please help before I do that.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, This sounds like a hardware related issue with the HP Reverb VR Headset. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
