Whenever I attempt to plug in my VR headset it comes up with a error messsage that said something like usb power over pull

I did some research and people are saying you  need to replace your headset is this true and do I need to buy a new headset or will you replace my current one for free

P.S. if I need to pay for a new headset I will not be buying a hp brand headset again

We cant speak for HP Support on this forum since its not directly connected. You would need to contact them via this link create a warranty issue... Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site
