Product: p6-2327c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am using p6-2327c (upgraded to Win 10) with bios v8.06. and trying to install a Radeon rx 550 graphics card.

 

Is there some trick to get the computer to recognize the graphics card ? I have disabled the integrated graphics card in device manager, plugged in the Raden card connected it to the monitor and rebooted nothing happens.

 

From other posts I have seen about other models there should be a switch in the bios to use an external card if present but I cannot find anything like that in bios v8.06.

I have connected a PSU with over 400w. Reset the bios to default then disabled the security on the pci slots, insert the card and still don’t see the card in device manager.

I don’t see how drivers can load without recognizing the device (obvious statement) but I haven’t found anything in the bios settings that would make it look for the non-integrated card
