Product: VR headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the VR worked on my older computer with no issues. Now I have a new one with a 2080 super. When I have just the USB plugged in the unit says everything is compatible. But when I plug in the HDMI it says my graphics card is not longer compatible.

I am thinking maybe firm wear but when I go to the HP site there are so many options to down load. Any thoughts?
