Hello,
So for a Christmas present, I was given an HP windows mixed reality headset from my mother. This was not a purchase she had made as she had got it from a friend that had suspected that it was broken (until I later found out that it was not) and had received another headset under the purchase warranty, so I had got the supposedly broken headset for me to try and get to work. This came without any controllers, which means I am stuck for ways to operate it. I have looked into the deep parts of the internet to try and find a solution of a way to get new controllers. The only two ways I have found is to either get some shipped from a dodgy eBay seller in the states, or buy some really expensive replacement ones from amazon by dell. And I have thought that there has to be a way to buy some controllers start from HP/other companies that don't cost the same price as the headset. I am aware that controllers from other manufacturers will work, yet I am still unable to find any. Can anybody help me with this?
Cheers George

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to purchase the controllers for the mixed reality headset.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
As I am aware you will not be able to purchase the controllers separately from HP. However, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
