Product: HP X27i 2K Gaming Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the Conner of my monitor their is a gray box with some sort of foreign  language. that show the serial number and other info, and i cant get if off of my screen and the button at the bottom of my monitor don't work either.

You can change the OSD menu language and do a factory reset, see user guide.
