- 'Invalid' Serial when attempting to contact support

I have been trying to reach support for my HP Photosmart 130, and every time I enter the serial the bot on HP's support site says it is not a valid serial and therefore does not connect me to a live agent. I have tried to replace 1's with I's and 0's with O's but it does not seem that is the issue. Anyone had a similar experience, or know how to bypass the support robot and reach a live agent? Thanks so much
