is my PC compatible with msi gtx 1050 ti?

The specs of your machine is

 

       https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05867098

 

It has 300W PSU. The following machine has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (2 GB) card and it uses 500W PSU.

 

      https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05553360

 

You should be able to install GTX 1050 ti but you need to replace its PSU.
