Product: Omen By Hp Gaming Mouse 400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with my new Omen 400 mouse where when I hold down Left and Right Click for 5 seconds the lights flash for a second. This is a problem, because in shooters games where I have to hold down both left and right click I can't aim in and shoot my gun for longer than 5 seconds. Is there a Firmware update or a setting I can apply to fix this issue?

@JordanSmith3452 I'm afraid holding the right and left mouse buttons for 3 seconds resets the mouse back to default settings for both DPI and LOD.

There is no way to change that, its physically designed this way. There is no firmware or any other work around to fix it.
