Keyboard Keys

I'm new to this keyboard and I just want to know every bit of its function. There's an led right next to CapsLock and it has a symbol of W and I don't know what it indicates to, Next, I also want to know the function and how to use Alt Gr key and lastly my insert key isnt working or like how do i use it if its similar to ctrl v.

I did not find what I was looking for the function of Alt Gr and the other symbol next to caps lock led light (w)
