Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with keyboard lighting customization that when I use the Omen Command Center to set a lighting display I want and apply it, the laptop then keeps the custom lighting but when I reset, shutdown or when the laptop goes into sleep mode it does not use the custom lighting upon startup requiring me to go back into OCC to re-apply the lighting scheme. any info would be greatly appreciated. I have checked for updates related to the OCC and have an up to date version. also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the OCC as well as repair and reset but to no avail.
