Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI, I have a problem with LED lights. They are off, but they work when clicking the DPI button, changing frequency(MB1 + MB3) and when switching hands(MB2 + MB4). I tried looking at the manual, it says the only way to change LED is to click MB3 or MB4, but they don't work when clicking only them. The latest driver is installed, and I tried reverting the last one. Has this ever happened to anyone? Help would be abliged

Thanks in advance!

Hi@Praveenbv,

The laptop product number is 1Z9N0EA#BED, and the serial number is CND11119JL.

I haven't made any hardware changes. Regarding the drivers, the only driver that I have manually installed was the NVIDIA 472.12 game ready graphic driver, when I started using the mouse the driver was 469.xy. During the 469, the LED lights were on, the 472 came out on 20th of September, the LED were still working. It was around a week ago that they stopped working.

Do you need the mouse product or serial number?

Thank you for the swift reply.

Let's start off by performing a Hard Reset -

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.

3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.

4) Plug in the Adapter.

5) Try to turn on the computer.

The next thing, I would suggest here is to Run Windows Updates troubleshooter -

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

Hi@rakic2323,

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps :-

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Update the BIOS and chipset driver on your PC and check if it helps.
