Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

A quick community search with the terms Lost & Dongle finds >these< same questions. If this is not a specific Keyboard or Mouse that is Bluetooth compatible, you cannot pair this with a "normal" Bluetooth connection.

 

If no other volunteers reply, and you are unhappy with the reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
