Hi,

 

I have recently moved my PC from one room to another and after moving the LED on the microphone does not light up any more. When I raise the microphone I am able to hear the tone that it is muted however the LED is no longer working.

 

I have just recently installed gaming hub and can not find any microphone settings to try and fix.

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the light on the microphone is not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Have you checked the headphone on a different computer?

 

If the issue persists on a different computer as well, then I recommend you contact support and check the available service options.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
