Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, 

My monitor’s “mode” or “profile” changes to a much lower refresh rate automatically when i change my resolution to 1080p instead of 1440p. How can I fix that? I will strongly appreciate any sort of help because it is driving me crazy!
