Hi

 

We were using the monitor with an Xbox Series X. This afternoon it powered itself off, then would not power back on.

 

The power indicator light will no longer light up.

 

We've plugged the monitor into different sockets, and tried a different cable, but still get the same result.

 

Are there any other troubleshooting steps we could try?
