HP Omen 400 Gaming Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have my Omen mouse for quite some time now, it sure is over a year, but recently I put my TeamSpeak push-to-talk key to Mouse button 5 and after few hours of using it, it stopped working as a push to talk (while pressing it, Teamspeak wasn't receiving my voice) and the cursor gets reeeeally slow when i hold it down. I tried searching anything about it but didn't find this specific issue. Binding push-to-talk to different button didn't solve this.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the TeamSpeak software? If no, then reinstall the software and check

If the issue persists,  I would request you to reach out to our HP Smart Friend Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Smart Friend Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
