Mouse problem

Hi, I have this gaming mouse I've been using for 2 years now and today I restarted my laptop to complete an uninstallation 

 and when my laptop restarted my mouse didn't work anymore, it was recognized as a the same ''usb gaming mouse'' as before but it didn't work, it didn't have any lights, it wasn't moving it was like it was not plugged in, I tried to use my brothers mouse (usb aswell) and it did work whatever the usb port I was trying. Then I tried to use my mouse on my brothers computer and there it didn't work aswell (it recognized it and installed it but same issue). Please send your solutions or ideas if you have any. 1)Click on this link -


2)Select the product type.


3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.


4)Select the country from the drop-down.


5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
