My HP Pavillion Gaming Mouse 300 is not working after just 4 months of buying it

Pavilion Gaming Mouse 300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this mouse about four months back, now the mouse isn't working. The right click just doesn't responds and when it responds it starts the scroll option instead of click. I'm not sure how I can either get it repaired or replaced.
