My hp pavilion gaming keyboard 500 is printing random keywords on the screen like b or l.

I understand that you are facing issues with the keyboard.

Please uninstall the keyboard driver from the device manager and update the BIOS.

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
2. Check for updates. 
3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

I contacted my office support and they updated the complete bios

and still your hp pavillion keyboard keeps printing random b and l keywords in the between.

It's really hard to work with the keyboard

When I try to find my hp pavillion keyboard through the hp assistant you are talking about , I get following message

I can't send you any replies, because website says that I have reached maximum number of replies.

I never thought that along with hp keyboard this support website would be equally irritating experience of me.

May be buying HP products is GOD's OWN WAY of making me suffer.
