Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Hello, about a year ago my HP Reverb G2 headset wouldn't project an image onto the headset I was using, it was still showing up on the portal so I thought it was just a glitch. A few months later it completely stopped broadcasting any image to the headset but still showed up on portal, I had since stopped using it as it wouldn't work. Yesterday, a cord I ordered to replace my original power supply arrived, I tested it today and my problem is still continuing, does anybody know how to help?
