My Omen 27i monitor won’t display an image. The screen is on but won’t display.

My Omen 27i monitor is on but won’t display my laptop or my PlayStation. The white light is on and remains on if I unplug the monitor. Really confused bc all the lights are on when the monitor is plugged in, but when I unplug it all lights turn off except for the white power light.
