HP Recommended
Product: HP Reverb VR headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have followed all of the setup for my headset, hooking up all of the wires to my laptop, but it will not turn on. Mixed Reality Portal is still saying "Connect your headset." There are no buttons on the headset and even when I turn on the controllers it does nothing. 

 

i figured out my problem. never mind.
