OMEN midframe prime
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My brand new headset which arrived today is not working! It constantly crackles and robotises all sound coming through the headset! I am very disappointed as I have waited for a headset for a long time. Especially considering I spent 140 pounds on it. I have uninstalled the drivers as one post said on this website but that did not help! Please help me!

Have you tried the Omen Headset on another computer yet?

 

Do other headsets work on your computer?
