HP OMEN GA1-10 Accelerator
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The night before, I had successfully used a external GPU to run a program. When I checked the next day, the program was interrupted and prompted the GPU to have a problem. At this point, the "GEFORCE GTX" light of the docking station is off. After that, restart the computer and docking station, the light is on, but the prompt does not detect the external graphics card, please try again. I changed a computer and it is still the same mistake. I guess now that the docking station is broken, but how to decide.Snipaste_2019-05-07_17-00-27.jpg

@Wang_Third,

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!

Please provide the details of your graphics card( i.e the make and model)

Let's try to Remove and re-install the OMEN accelerator app.

  • Uninstall the OMEN accelerator app
  • Reboot the PC
  • Re-install the OMEN accelerator app from this link

Also, install the Intel Thunderbolt Firmware Update and OMEN Accelerator Firmware Update
