OMEN Sequencer Keyboard 2VN99AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to save (my first profile) I first get a panel asking to go to a page to confirm the privacy policy. The button that aborts that process works, but the button for continue does nothing, so I cannot continue.

31-12-2019 12-03-16.pngNot sure how to proceed from here, does anyone have any ideas?

@FanDjango Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to create the profile for an omen Command Center for the Sequencer keyboard.

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Please uninstall the omen command center and restart the computer.

Then reinstall it again from this link.

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
