Omen Sequencer keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey everyone,

I've recently bought a Omen SEQUENCER Keyboard because a lot of key from my actual keyboard are dying.

So, i've take this one because i can't play without maccrod on the left on the keyboard.

But i face a big problem so let me explain the scenario :

I've create a maccro using the '-' key one time.

Then i put it on P4

Finally let's assume i'm playing a MMORPG when i need to press 'W' to move forward. At X instant, i'll need to press the maccro P4. But if the 'W' is already pressed, and if i press the maccro key, then the 'W' is not working anymore, even if i'm still pressing it. The only way to make it working again, is tu unpress the 'W' key, and then press it again. And that's truly unplayable.

Is this my keyboard having an issue ?

I can't find anything on internet (Even find the OMEN Commander Center was hard to find).

What i've tried so far :

-Uninstalled and reinstalled with Microsoft Store.

   - Changing Maccro button.

   - Changing key pressed on maccro.

   - Tried with shortcut / multi-key, etc ...

Thanks for reading me,

Cya

PS : Sorry for my bad english, it's not my first language but i'm trying to improve !
