OMEN by HP keyboard 1100 isn't typing characters

Product: OMEN by HP Keyboard 1100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, we opened this keyboard new from original packaging today and can't get the keyboard to type characters.  All of the light sequences seem to work. We have tried it on 2 different devices and reloaded the driver from HP's website multiple times.  Could it be we just lucked out with a defective device? Is the keyboard locked somehow? Please help!

Sounds like you were just an unlucky lottery winner.

You will need to contact the store you purchased from and get a replacement.
