HP Omen Citadel

The support page couldn't be any more frustrating. When searching for the product, the only option to proceed is the chat bot which has no idea of the Citadel gaming chair.

When searching for the serial number, the support page has no idea of the gaming chair's serial number.

Seeing HP reps on this forum gets my hopes up.

The chair doesn't hold it's height anymore. When I drive it al l the way up (I'm a tall guy), it starts sinking after a minute or two. Sometimes, it sinks way down, sometimes, it stays somewhere in the middle, sometimes, it actually manages to stay up but then I'm afraid to touch the height lever, knowing it's a matter of luck whether it will hold it's height after the next adjustment.

Things I'd like to know

-Is my chair still in warranty (I've written down it's serial number)

-If so, what can I do to get it repaired

-If no, how much would the spare part(s) cost and are they user-serviceable

It is not a notebook, it's the HP Omen Citadel Gaming Chair I have problems with: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-gaming-chairs/30206154/model/30206155

The serial number, which the support page doesn't recognize, is CNA0391825

The HP OMEN Citadel gaming chair loses height. When I crank it all the way up, it takes a bit, sometimes a couple seconds, sometimes a couple minutes, and it starts sinking. I can drive it all the way up and it sinks back again.
