Hello, I have been trying to download the OMEN command center for some time now, and I finally downloaded it. I could not see the other programs I thought there would be such as lighting, overclocking, and performance mode. Then I checked if my pc was a compatible model for these programs. So far, I have seen that the lighting should be there normally. Can you tell me how can I download the lighting program from OMEN or if my pc model is compatible with the lighting program?

Not all machines have all options/features. OCC will check hardware inventory of your machine first before giving out the list.
1. Lighting: Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard which is similar to the following image ? If not, then no lighting option
2. Performance: Please check a list on the following document
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05387497
3. Overclocking: Only available on some HP Omen Notebook and Desktop machines, normally with K processors.
Regards.
