Omen Sequencer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! Just saw the latest update to the Command Center where you can assign profiles to your games. Tried it with an Omen Sequencer to have certain keys/color combinations under a profile but it's not switching to that when the game is launched.

Hello @zristi

Not sure I know the answer to this one. All these features coming out in the OCC are new, so I haven't seen your issue before.

I would go to Windows Updates and run the Check for Updates button, even if it shows its up to date. Sometimes there is a file needed to make the OCC work properly.

Is your PC an Omen gaming rig, or a different computer?

Are you launching the game from the Windows Start menu, or from inside the OCC under My Games?

Hi @Photoray002,

Thanks for the quick answer. Checked windows update, no update available.

I don't have an Omen PC, just the Sequencer Keyboard.

Tried launching the game from both OCC and Win Start menu, no joy in both cases.

Hmm, all I can offer would be to uninstall the OCC, reboot and reinstall it again from this link...

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store

Then run the windows update again.

If its still not working, you can contact HP Support for warranty issues with the keyboard.

Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site

Bout the best I can do for you. Its most likely within the Command Center that is the culprit.

Tried the uninstall/install part, same result. Before going the warranty way, I'll wait maybe someone else has the same issue.

Thanks for helping!
