Product: Headset Omen HP 800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my issue is that I have bought this omen headset and it lasted a few months. I didn't drop it, damaged it or stepped on the wire. The issue is that the microphone stopped working on any device. I got a new headset from HP but then the exact same problem happened. Is there anything I can do to repair my microphone ?

HP Recommended

None that I know of. If the microphone is physically not working due to failure, HP needs to be notified.
