I have been trying for HOURS to find a solution to this and to contact someone but whenever I got on the "support" page I get stuck in an infinite loop of finding my product, talking to the ai, selecting to speak to support, finding my products, talking to the ai.... basically there's NO option to actually speak to anyone. 

 

I'm at my wits end. This mouse has had every issue under the sun and for the price I'm livid. 

 

I've fixed most things. Now I need to fix the fact that the wireless mouse will not work wirelessly. The Bluetooth dongle is in, it's within 30 cm of the dongle, but it will only work when plugged into the wire as well. I've restarted the computer. I've downloaded the drivers (even though they're for a different mouse when you actually download them) I've installed and uninstalled the omen windows software thing. I've updated my nvidia drivers. I've looked through as many community posts as possible and I've not found a fix to it. 

 

Can someone PLEASE help me. I just want my mouse to work as it should! Ideally without having to hard reset my computer

It looks like a software issue try with installing the software.

As stated in my orignal post, I've done this but they solve no issues. 

I've downloaded, uninstalled and redownloaded those drivers 3 times. They're for an old model of an omen mouse and haven't been updated since 2016.
