Omen Reactor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my Ome Reactor's mouse on 22nd February 2020 and a couple days ago i noticed it doesn't work well anymore....

The only problem is about the left botton: sometimes, if i click it on its centre or on its right side, it doesen't work, and it needs another click to execute the command... it works well only if i click it on its far left side. Hoever i can hear everytime the click's sound, but in the first two cases it doesn't execute any command on my PC. What can i do ?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Update OMEN Command Center from the Microsoft Store:

  1. Click start.

  2. Type "store".

  3. Click Microsoft Store.

  4. Search for "omen command center".

  5. Click OMEN Command Center.

  6. Click Update.

  7. After updating, check the OCC version to confirm that it is 9.2.6.0 (or later).

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

@Echo_Lake

Thanks for replying to my post.

Unfortunately your solution doesn't work for me, my OMEN Command Center app is already updated to v. 10.2.8.0.

These days I had the opportunity to test the problem better. I noticed that when I turn on my PC it seems to work well, but after almost an hour the problem appears. Could it be affected by temperature?

Have you try to uninstall the mouse driver in the device manager?
