You cannot swap an AMD cpu with an Intel cpu.

I would suggest if you dont know what you're doing, find someone to do it for you, like a repair shop.

If you have a premade computer like HP, Dell, ASUS, etc etc, they arent intended to be upgraded like a custom built PC.

You would be better off to simply buy another computer with all the specs that you want up front.

Then it will have the proper motherboard, cpu, ram, power supply, etc etc needed and will come with a warranty that covers those parts.

The 9900k is a beast of a cpu right now and if you are not doing very intense multitasking or heavy workloads, you might not need that much cpu power.

Just my opinion.

Yes you can change the cpu, but only with a compatible other cpu, not just any cpu.

But why would you want too? The i9 is the top cpu on the market at the moment.

Changing out a 9900k would not be lucrative, even for the next few years.
