i have same problem and i see alot if ppl have this problem how i can fix it ? another cheap keyboard work fine but my hp gaming keyboard 500 can't do w+d or w+a with space bar ? it's not gaming keyboard

I have the exact same problem with my brand new azerty (french) HPPGK500.

Z +another key+ space bar don't work !

I can't straff jump :s

When i enter the product code in assistance, it find nothing.

And I don't find any corrected firmware to dl.

Ok, I'll do that. But I don't get it : what the point in sponsoring OW league when they are not able to make a fonctional keyboard :s
