Pavilion 500 gaming keyboard spacebar fix

Hello. So today i bought this keyboard and when i played a game i was wondering why the spacebar didn't work sometimes.  I tried to reinstall the driver but still the same problem.

Then i noticed it only happens when i hold the w+a/d or s+a/d 

So this combination of buttons doesn't let me press the spacebar at the same time. What should i do to fix it ?

I have the exact same problem with my brand new azerty (french) HPPGK500.

Z +another key+ spacebar don't work !

I can't straff jump :s

(s+q/d+ spacebar work though)

When i enter the product code in assistance, it find nothing.

And I don't find any corrected firmware to dl.

same problem, they made a "gaming keyboard" working worst then logitech 15$ wireless keyboard... no drivers at all, no fix till now
