Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It constantly makes noise even when it does not play sound, just a quiet background noise, sometimes a peep of 1-2 seconds. I don’t know how to get rid of this, I can’t find how to write to the mail about this information. I bought it 1 month ago, a problem from the very beginning. I also connected Note 9 through an adapter to the phone, the problem did not disappear.

I bought it on the Russian market, I have no way to contact the warranty service, except to send it by mail, but unfortunately I could not even find this information on how to do it.
