@will130,

Welcome to our English HP User Forum!

Your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-108la (140Q3AA) is fitted with a Baker (HP ID: 8767) motherboard, and according to HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Baker | HP® Customer Support can be upgraded to 2 x 16 GB (32GB total) of DDR4 PC4-23400 2933 MHz UDIMM 288-pin RAM modules.

[EDIT:] Researching your gaming desktop here: UserBenchmark: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx Compatible Components, I found that the majority of users fitted their rig with this RAM: Hynix HMA81GU6CJR8N-VK 2x8GB - running at 2667 MHz, such as this purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/Hynix-PC4-21300-DDR4-2666MHz-288-Pin-HMA81GU6CJR8N-VK/dp/B07K6YGWML/ref=sr_1_....

Other RAM options would be Hynix HMA81GU6DJR8N-XN 2x8GB - 2933 MHz, Crucial BL16G32C16U4W.M16FE1 2x16GB - 2667 MHz or Samsung M378A1G44AB0-CWE 2x8GB, but they are (a lot) more expensive.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
