I purchased a Reverb G1 in 2020 Lasted 3 months then blackout screens appearing in game, tried new cable
made NO difference so i purchased the reverb G2 in 2022 thinking this would be fixed, lasted 6 months then same black screening tried new cable no change its now 2025 still no fix from HP, told it was WMR , its not ? Suggested fix by member its conflicting sound in headset so applied his fix with reduction in decibel base..no change.
Looks like its going to be a different brand of VR headset for me, shame because the color and clarity of the reverb is terrific,if anyone can help with this for me would be a blessing.

We have been shafted by HP.
HP sold mixed reality to Mark Zuckerberg.
Mixed reality is required for HP Reverb G2 to work.
Last time I buy anything from HP.
Sadly, I have HP printers at home and work, but guess what? They will be replaced by another brand when they need replacing.
