HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

Hi,

 

Been trying phone calls, whatsapp and emails in an effort to be able to talk to someone at HP (Australia) around my recently broken G2  (recent post about the white vertical lines in the left lense). I am getting nowhere (all phone calls you are just cut off - tried 132347 and 131047).

 

Its out of warranty (as of Jan this year) but really hoping that HP can at least come to the party to either replace or contribute towards another headset (as others have previously).

 

Anyone have a 'special' contact number or any tried and tested ways of getting hold of anyone? anyone sucessfully had any joy from HP for an out of warranty replacement?
